Epoxy Coatings:

One of Resimac major refurbishment contract to refurbish over 30 1.5mtr diameter tube heat exchangers at a local polymer manufacturing site. The tube sheets require blasting, rebuilding and coating with Resimac 201 Ceramic Repair Paste and 202 Ceramic Repair Fluid. |
|
Oil refinery refurbishment contract using Resimac single pack acrylic system - Resinox.
|
The contract was to water blast and apply 2 coats of Resinox to the main oil storage tanks, some of which have a diameter of 75mtrs.
|

FPSO process vessel protected with Resimac:
|
Contract with a large process vessel lining with one of the worlds largest FPSO operators.
|
The process vessel was operating at temperatures up to 110C
and required a seamless high temperature resistant coating.
The customer approved
Resimac 206 Ceramic HTA Fluid which is capable of resisting aggressive industrial chemicals
and acids as elevate tempt.

Power generating site has encapsulated over 50 m. of large dia. pipe in-situ, using the Resimac pipe encapsulation composite system. The materials can be applied to manually prepared surfaces and used to rebuild wall thickness from 0.5mm to 3mm. |

Sulphuric Acid pit protected by Resimac :
|
Refurbushment of a sulphuric acid pit using Resichem 511 UCEN. The pit had become badly corroded due to the acid eating the top 20-40mm of concrete at the base of the pit.
|
The concrete slab was rebuilt using a polymer screed and then protected using 2 coats of Resichem 511 UCEN with a layer of chop strand matting incorporated into the coating.

Chemical Pump Rebuilt with Ceramic range :
|
Refurbishing several chemical pumps for a local chemical manufacturing Co. The pumps had been in operation for over 5 years, pumping a high temperature caustic solution.
|
The pumps were taken off line and once the casing was opened the corrosion and erosion caused by the operating environment could be seen. The pump surface was rebuilt using 201 Ceramic Repair Paste and then overcoated with 2 coats of 202 Ceramic Repair Fluid.

Desulphurisation unit coated with Resimac :
|
Repaired and refurbished a desulphurisation unit at a major chemical plant. The internal surfaces had become badly corroded over many years of operation and the client required a long term solution.
|
Resimac recommended the application of 201 Ceramic Repair Paste as the filler for any pitted or scarred surfaces with 2 coats of 202 Ceramic Repair Fluid to complete the repair and refurbishment contract.

Solvent Recovery Tank Protected :
|
Chemical resistant coating for a solvent recovery tank on site.
Resimac recommended the application of Resichem 501 CRSG a 100% solids epoxy chemical coating which is applied in 2
coats at 300 microns per coat. The product is capable of withstanding continuous immersion conditions in a wide range of industrial chemicals and acids.
